Se trata del ultimo curso del itinerario que comenzar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo mes de septiembre: <strong><u>del d\u00eda 28 de septiembre al 16 de octubre de equipo, favoreciendo la colaboraci\u00f3n y la consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos comunes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adquirir\u00e1s herramientas de liderazgo y coordinaci\u00f3n de equipos, as\u00ed como habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n interpersonal basadas en la escucha activa, la asertividad y la gesti\u00f3n eficaz de reuniones.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, aprender\u00e1s t\u00e9cnicas de mentoring y desarrollo del talento para acompa\u00f1ar, motivar y potenciar las capacidades de las personas voluntarias dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n se dirige?<\/b><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">personas responsables en la gesti\u00f3n asociativa y de voluntariado de las entidades andaluzas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Duraci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><b>20 horas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Fecha<\/b><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del 28 de septiembre al 16 de octubre 2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Modalidad<\/b><b>:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> formato online mediante la Plataforma Moodle<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Inscripci\u00f3n<\/b><b>: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para participar es <\/span><b>imprescindible la inscripci\u00f3n previa<\/b><b><i>.<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El plazo de inscripci\u00f3n comienza
